Jeff Horton joined the Institute staff in 1996 after being employed for several years with the Transportation Research Center at the University of Tennessee.
Mr. Horton has been involved heavily in the marketing and communications aspects of alternative transportation services for 18 years. He also has served as advisor to the incorporation of the Internet into the marketing schemes of transit and TDM agencies nationwide. He currently serves as the Immediate Past President of the Southeastern Chapter of the Association for Commuter Transportation and on the National Board of Directors of ACT.
Commuter Programs Coordinator
Pat Maurer has been with the Marketing Institute since 1995. For over 10 years, she has served as the Commuter Programs Manager for Commuter Services of North Florida. With the help of student assistants, Pat provides individuals and employers in a nine-county region with customized strategies to meet their transportation needs.
