The Marketing Institute conducts specialized research within three professional disciplines: transportation, sports, and tourism.
The Institute's staff can design and execute a wide range of research activities such as the preparation of strategic plans and the conduct of consumer perception, customer and employee satisfaction surveys, service quality, and multiple dimensional scaling studies. Expertise in building and maintaining web sites and in analyzing web access and usage is also available.

The Institute's research benefits from our ability to integrate the expertise and experience of faculty and students in the College of Business' marketing, accounting, finance, hospitality, and management departments. This interdisciplinary approach to research not only heightens the quality of our work but strengthens our ability to instruct organizations on how to effectively incorporate research findings into strategies designed to pursue their organizational goals and objectives.
